Costumes and Caricatures

Spooky season has always been a favorite of mine. I am admittedly a horror film fan and there's something about the leaves falling and earlier sunsets that thrills me as well. It feels like in recent years Halloween has become a more significant holiday than it has in the past. A prime example of this is with Chemistry --an advertising agency based in Pittsburgh. They forgotten about corporate Christmas parties entirely; they instead have a huge Halloween party for their employees.

BryteArt was fortunate enough to be hired to make caricatures for the attendees. The party was held in Phipps conservatory --a normally bright, sunlit place. After dark however, the huge trees and flora appeared frightening and fun. Beyond the exciting venue, we were thrilled with a unique challenge. We were not only doing as many caricatures as possible, but we were doing them of fully costumed guests!

For every group we completed; the employees of Chemistry couldn't be happier. We saw a wide variety of costumes; some were easy to understand what they were dressing up as, others were more....abstract. Regardless we had a blast doing these caricatures and cannot wait to be hired for more corporate or group events.
